I have been documenting the refurbishment of The
Photographers' Gallery for the past 20 months, and it is now almost
over! It will be reopening on the 19 May.

The Family
The Family from the project Time stands still when I think of you
Published in this month's free local newspaper, the Hackney Citizen, The Family looks out from the bottom corner of a page. Posing for a family portrait, their gaze off kilter, the hidden source of distraction interrupts what would otherwise be the 'perfect portrait', and evokes in the viewer a feeling of shared experience and emotion.
